We want our customers to be as thrilled with their purchase as we are when we find and bring back to life the pieces.
All the items for sale are upcycled furniture and homewares. We take pride in our work and the items we select to sell. It is very important that you understand the pieces are antique and vintage, these pieces have so much history. They are not perfect, they will bring with them the signs of many years of use and love. There may be dents, splits and scratches. Whilst we sand, wax and paint, some will still show. It is part of their beauty and uniqueness. Its what makes the piece special. just for you.
We treat all of the furniture for woodworm in our workshop – but we do advise anyone who has older pieces of furniture in their home to keep an eye out, and treat as a precaution too.
All orders are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations 2014 with the exception or personalized items, please see returns policy for more information.

We have no access to your payment detail and will not disclose any of your details to a third party, other than address details for postal and delivery services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. All of the information collected by PayPal during checkout is held securely; only information that is pertinent to the transaction is collected. All personal information held by us will be deleted upon request.

Shipments outside of UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are familiar with any duties or taxes which may be due before purchasing from Refined Interiors.
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will of course offer you an alternative or give a full refund. Refined Interiors will contact you to arrange this via email or telephone the next working day.
Refund and Returns Policy
We want your shopping experience with us to be first class. Refined Interiors will refund without question following the terms and conditions below:
The item is in the same condition as when purchased and has not been modified or damaged in anyway.
For damaged parcels please send photographs of the parcel AS IT ARRIVED unopened.
For damaged goods please send photographs of damage, I will need these to make a claim.
If you wish to return your goods, please first contact us via email email@example.com or telephone on 01363 772050 to arrange the return of your product to Refined Interiors.
Please ensure items are in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of the purchase.

For your own protection when returning any items, we request that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking number safe until we are in receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. We aim to refund all returned items within two days of receipt. We are sorry but we can only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty. Please note that any orders returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from postal services by the customer will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at the customer’s expense. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note we cannot refund on items made/painted to customer specifics or personalised items or items that have been damaged in transit if delivery by our courier has not been used.
